How do I place my order?

How long will it take to ship my order?

The total estimated delivery time is typically 17–23 business days from the date your order is placed. Orders are processed within 5–8 business days and delivery usually takes 12–15 business days after dispatch.

My tracking number isn’t working

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please note, it may take up to 72 hours for tracking details to become available and 5–7 business days for carriers to update tracking information.


I need help with a late order

Orders typically ship within 13 to 17 business days. For international orders, If your order has not arrived after 20 business days, please contact our team, we are happy to assist.
